Notice is hereby given that on February 21, 2024, at 8:30 a.m., a public meeting was held at the Fruitdale Sanitation District offices located at 4990 Miller Street, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033, where the Board of Directors of the Fruitdale Sanitation District discussed and updated the district late payment fee, which will take effect on April 1, 2024.  The new Late payment Fee is as follows: A $3.00 handling fee and interest of 3% will be added to the unpaid balance each month until account is brought current.
